Poppy learned to say 'ant' yesterday! She kept pointing into the garden and yelling 'ant' at the top of her lungs, then 'weh ant?' This went on for a good half hour!
Asked her later if she could say 'ant', she just slyly nodded her head.
The usual, rather rotten photos. (that would be a good title for a coffee table book of my photos)

Funny how I'm hesitant to assume it ever will be spring!
A couple of pics of the chilluns. Finn is really into playing card games these days. We'd just worked out the basics of crazy eights. Note his mexican hot chocolate moustache (how can anyone spell that 'mustache' It doesn't have nearly the same panache!).
Now, Poppy's turn in her favourite outfit. She still loves footwear. And who can blame her? Which reminds me! Camper now has kids shoes!!! (hold me back) The shoes like yours, Banana, come in ORANGE!!! Finn would never wear them, I'm fairly certain. But Poppy will wear anything, if it's a shoe! heeheehee!

If I could take a decent picture, I could have given you Poppy in her many moods yesterday. The following are outfits that she appeared in, quietly and solemnly by my side. She truly is a tiny Elton John.
#1. rubber frog boots on the wrong feet, diaper, pink fairy wings on her back and her fairy tutu in hand
#2. large thread spool necklace, green metallic heart shaped sunglasses minus the shades
#3. Baby bonnet backward on her head, ties hanging down each side of her face like sideburns
And here is a note that Finn wrote to Grandma. Incase you can't decipher it, it says "love you, from Finn" Of course, it's an alligator.
And here is the note he wrote to me: "Mom, wish you were here" (huh? Where'd I go?)
